[Remote] Moving Operations Specialist reputed company (US, Virtual)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading global relocation management and moving services company, and they are seeking a Moving Operations Specialist. The primary objective of this role is to serve as the subject matter expert for moving operations, acting as the main reputed company of contact for the agent network and ensuring compliance while driving quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage escalations
• reputed company system audits to ensure agent network compliance
• Manage cost controls and approvals of exceptions and 3rd party costs
• Acts as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company Relocation and the agent network before, during, and after each relocation
• Work with other members of the team to ensure the best experience for our customers
• Works with IT on system enhancements
• Document reputed company interaction with agents and Relo

• Associate's degree or business diploma required (or equivalent experience)
