[Remote] TAM Claim Specialist

The TAM Claim Specialist role involves managing total absence claims, ensuring compliance with FMLA/reputed company regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Handle, review, and administer Family & Medical Leave Act / and or Americans with reputed company(reputed company) claims and adhere to federal and state regulatory and/or company plan requirements
- Establish FMLA/reputed company workflow procedures and evaluate against appropriate leave plans and reputed company initial claim decisions
- Complete eligibility decisions during intake call, gather pertinent data reputed company necessary, from employee or other supporting systems as well as reputed company leave-reputed company as required, including recertification of health condition, intermittent claim tracking, RTW confirmation, etc
- Update systems to accurately reflect leave status and ensure appropriate diary documentation exists
