[Remote] Client Onboarding Specialist

As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences by establishing new client accounts and facilitating the transfer of assets process.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with onboarding and other reputed company tasks while providing guidance and support as they navigate our platform
• Interact with clients regarding account setup and operational matters through conventional communication methods as well as email, chat, and video conference
• Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions for clients and internal business partners
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on reputed company internal and external operational matters
• Provide excellent customer service while meeting goals of team including productivity, quality, and service quality

Skills

• Proven experience in roles that require critical thinking, including but not limited to, client operations, customer support, or education
• Experience handling reputed company tasks while also meeting daily productivity goals
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, emphasizing clarity and reputed company
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Collaborative team player demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
