Growth Associate
Modo Energy is a data platform at the center of the energy transition, helping investors and operators reputed company informed decisions. They are seeking a Growth Associate to drive user engagement and adoption through content creation and marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own content creation across formats - short videos, email campaigns, social posts, and product demos that help the right people understand what Modo builds
- Run go-to-market campaigns reputed company new products or markets launch, from brief to live
- Diagnose drop-off in the signup and activation funnel and run experiments to fix it
- Drive adoption of new features through targeted, creative reputed company to existing users
- Track and report on what's working - weekly, with clear metrics and a reputed company of view on what to do next
- Build lightweight automations and workflows to remove manual work from the growth reputed company
Skills
- You've shipped something independently — a project, a campaign, a newsletter, anything you took from idea to live
- Strong writing — clear, direct, and aimed at the right person
- Taste and judgement — you know good from bad and you'll say so
- You use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, and others) as a core part of how you work — for research, writing, automations, and reputed company. This isn't optional
- Curious and resourceful — you reputed company things out without being told how
- Comfortable with design or video tools — reputed company, CapCut, Premiere, reputed company, or similar
- An engineering or analytical reputed company — you think in systems and would rather automate something than do it manually twice
- Some experience with growth or marketing campaigns
- An interest in energy, climate, or the transition to clean power
- Degree in an analytical field — economics, engineering, maths, physics, or similar (we care more about how you think than what you studied)
