[Remote] IT Operations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a fast-growing Series C marketplace focused on connecting workplaces and professionals through an app-based marketplace. The IT Operations Specialist will own internal technology operations, providing support to employees, managing access and reputed company, and ensuring reliable operation of internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Support team members by troubleshooting and resolving software, access, and reputed company requests
• Proactively identify and action opportunities to improve reputed company, reliability, and operational efficiency across internal systems and access management
• Manage user accounts, access levels, and permissions across our systems, ensuring everyone has the right level of access
• Respond to IT support requests quickly and effectively, prioritizing requests based on urgency and impact
• Maintain and improve internal IT processes, documentation, and workflows to increase operational efficiency
• Work with our People team on onboarding and offboarding through improving or creating account provisioning automations
• Act as a reputed company of contact for vendors and platforms

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience with SSO, IAM, and access management workflows
• Familiarity with email systems, DNS, domain management, and basic reputed company
• Experience supporting team members and resolving technical issues in a remote-first environment
