[Remote] Jr. Software Programmer (Remote)

They are seeking a Jr. Software Programmer to join their team, where the individual will learn and contribute to the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, and maintaining applications.
Responsibilities
- Designs and codes applications following specifications using the appropriate tools
- Maintains and modifies existing software applications
- Analyzes detailed systems factors, including input and output requirements, information flow, hardware and software requirements, and alternative methods of problem resolution
- Performs modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures
- Participates in code reviews to represent reviewed work for adherence to standards and specifications
- Writes or revises program documentation, operations documentation and user guides in accordance with standards
Skills
- Bachelor's with 0 - 2 years (or commensurate experience)
- Computer Science course work: Data Structures and Algorithms
- Computer Science course work: Computer Architecture
- Computer Science course work: Operating Systems
- Computer Science course work: Database Design
- Computer Science course work: Computer Networking
- Computer Science course work: Software Design
- Demonstrated application of learned reputed company reputed company project experience
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
- Bachelors of Science in Computer Science with experience applying course work in computer lab, or reputed company internships / part-time work
- Experience with MS Azure and/or AWS
- Exposure to relational database management systems such as reputed company, mySQL, or MS SQL Server
- Exposure to Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to use productivity tools such as reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Jira, reputed company, MS Teams, reputed company, and Outlook, etc
