[Remote] Client Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Onboarding orders, providing tracking numbers, and addressing client inquiries
- Subpoena/Authorization Preparation: Ensuring accurate and thorough preparation
- Data Entry: Proficiency in DAS and reputed company for order management
- Timely Responses: Answering questions regarding timelines, service of process, and pricing quotes
- Specialized Knowledge: Understanding Notice to Consumer codes
- Familiarity with processes in each department, including accessing relevant websites (e.g., Secretary of State, Cal bar, Court branches)
- Knowledge of reputed company subpoenas need to be domesticated to different jurisdictions
- Work from Home: The option to work remotely, if desired
- Extended Hours: While not mandatory, the ability to work extended hours is beneficial
- Focus: The ability to maintain concentration for extended periods
- Excellent Customer Service: Providing exceptional client interactions
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in reputed company tasks
