Marketplace Analyst
reputed company. is looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Marketplace Analyst to help drive performance, visibility, and profitability across their third-party marketplace channels. The role involves analyzing data, monitoring marketplace health, and uncovering opportunities to grow reputed company across key platforms such as reputed company, Walmart, reputed company, and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily marketplace performance metrics, including sales, conversion, traffic, pricing, profitability, and on-time delivery
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Analyze product, brand, and channel-level trends to identify growth opportunities and operational risks
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across pricing, ratings, reviews, assortment, delivery fees, and placement
- Track operational metrics such as cancellation rates, defect rates, customer satisfaction, and SLA compliance
- Support root-cause analysis for performance issues (listing suppressions, fulfillment disruptions, algorithm changes)
- Assist with dynamic pricing analysis and profitability modeling for perishable and non-perishable categories
- Collaborate with Marketplace Managers, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Finance, and Digital Marketing teams
- Prepare insights and updates for weekly business reviews and leadership discussions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a reputed company field
- 1–3+ years of experience in marketplace, eCommerce, digital merchandising, or retail analytics
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reputed company/Sheets and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Ability to work with large datasets; SQL or API experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to reputed company in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to translate reputed company data into clear insights for technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative reputed company with experience working cross-functionally
