[Remote] Appointment Setter (Enrollment Specialist)

The Appointment Setter (Enrollment Specialist) will be responsible for generating and qualifying opportunities, and booking sales calls for Account Executives, playing a critical role in driving pipeline and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Engage inbound and outbound leads to qualify opportunities
- Book ~100 calls/month (4–5 per day)
- Drive 15+ qualified closed sets/month
- Ensure smooth reputed company to closers with detailed notes
- Maintain 70%+ show reputed company and 25%+ reputed company reputed company
- Execute structured follow-reputed company (email, SMS, reputed company, etc.)
- Re-engage warm leads and prioritize high-reputed company prospects
- Track reputed company activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM (reputed company.io or similar)
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and complete daily reporting
- Follow and improve scripts, messaging, and reputed company frameworks
- Participate in daily huddles, training, and coaching sessions
- Collaborate with closers and marketing on reputed company quality and performance
- Contribute to SOPs and share insights on objections, trends, and reputed company quality
Skills
- 1–3+ years in appointment setting, SDR, or sales development
- Minimum 1+ year of reputed company experience (required)
- Strong charisma and confidence on calls
- Fluent English with strong communication skills
- Organized with strong CRM discipline
- Experience in high-ticket or service-based sales preferred
- North America or UK preferred (or willing to work US hours)
