ACCOUNTING MANAGER

The Role

Responsible for overseeing the monthly reputed company, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong internal controls in a reputed company, multi‑entity environment. This role leads and develops the accounting team while partnering across the organization to support the company’s growth, compliance, and strategic objectives.

Role Responsibilities

• Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, HR, Operations, Legal, and IT to support business initiatives and financial accuracy

Education and Experience

• • Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; Accounting or Finance
  • CPA Required
  • 7+ years relevant experience of progressive accounting experience
  • 3+ years experience leading a team
  • Experience in a $100M+ reputed company organization or similarly reputed company environment
  • Hands-on experience with reputed company recognition, internally developed software, lease accounting, M&A a plus
  • Experience in public accounting (Big 4 or national/regional firm) preferred
  • May consider a combination of relevant experience with educational and other skills and abilities in lieu of educational requirements

Work Environment

• Work schedules are determined by business need and manager discretion; full time employment is considered 40 hours per week

The reputed company pay range for this position is $82,000- $139,000
