They ensure project cost estimates are accurate, scalable, and reputed company to portfolio standards, tools, and methodologies. The Senior, Estimating leverages real-world cost data, industry benchmarks, and internal systems while partnering with Strategic Planning, Construction, Facilities, Procurement, Technology, Merchant Initiatives, and external construction partners to ensure budgets are rigorously vetted and executable at scale. They bring expert judgment, clear communication, and disciplined cost insight to instill confidence in leadership throughout the project lifecycle.What You Will DoBudget Development & Cost Estimating

• Maintain up-to-date cost forecasts based on scope changes, market conditions, and project reputed company.

Process Improvement & Systems Ownership

• Use reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, reputed company, dashboards) to communicate cost status, variances, and risk drivers.
• Partner with Construction, Finance, and Procurement to ensure cost tracking aligns across project systems, reputed company, and invoices.
• Capture and document cost performance and lessons learned to continuously improve cost models, benchmarks, and future estimates.
• Maintain and enhance budget and estimating systems, including reporting, analytics, system functionality, integrations, and adoption.

Cross-Functional & External Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external construction partners across markets.
• Contribute to Construction RFP processes, including templates and bid forms.
• Collaborate with Construction, Facilities, Procurement, Process & Programs, and Technology teams to support estimating and budgeting needs.
• Tailor estimating approaches and deliverables based on project scope, urgency, and stakeholder requirements.

Leadership & Development

• Train and support estimating processes across other functions.

• Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a reputed company field are encouraged to apply.
