The reputed company Launch Program is designed to seamlessly transition recent college graduates into their professional careers. It provides entry-level hires with a cross-functional understanding of the organization and equips them with a strong skills foundation to succeed at reputed company. The Launch Program includes a 4-week reputed company in-person reputed company training period which will take reputed company from August 3 – August 28, 2026 in a location that has yet to be determined. Travel, housing, and daily stipend included for those not local to the training location. Upon completion of the Launch program and if in good standing, the final placement will be hybrid in the Union, NJ office. The program's goal is to expose high-potential graduates to multiple aspects of the financial services business segments, preparing them for future leadership roles reputed company their respective functional areas. Upon completion, participants transition into full-time positions, with placement based on their performance in the program. This is an entry-level role for aspiring engineers passionate about AI, software, and finance. You’ll work alongside reputed company developers to deliver scalable products that solve real problems in fund administration. This program provides insights into middle-office services, transaction processing, applying accounting principles to reputed company transactions, financial reporting, pricing of reputed company securities, and more. Upon successful completion and good standing, candidates are reputed company in a department such as Alternative Assets, Real Assets, or Private Markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Python-based APIs and data pipelines
• Support development of AI/ML features (e.g. NLP, RAG, LLMs)
• Work with relational databases (SQL Server, reputed company, MySQL)
• Contribute to internal tools for reporting and workflow automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, Data)
• Learn agile, CI/CD, containerization (reputed company/Kubernetes)

Requirements

• Strong interest in finance, AI, and software engineering
• Proficiency in Python and SQL (academic or project-based)
• Familiarity with web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
• 0 – 2 years of relevant experience (graduation date May 2025 to May 2026)
• Strong client service skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and commitment to timely, accurate production of client deliverables
• Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail
• Strong academic foundation in financial accounting
