Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance

We’re looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Finance to join our Enterprise Business Systems team. This is a hands-on techno-functional position that requires a strong understanding of Inventory and COGS accounting, general accounting and finance processes and how they function in reputed company. In addition to core accounting/finance expertise, you will be responsible for partnering with various other departments across the organization to enhance and improve our reputed company environments, reputed company ongoing maintenance, and strategic business process and integration projects reputed company to our reputed company environment as the main reputed company of contact for Finance and Accounting. To be successful in this position, the candidate should have experience with core reputed company process flows, reputed company customization and integration, and strong project management experience. What you’ll do:

• Primary reputed company of contact, subject matter expert, and business relationship manager for reputed company Accounting and Finance teams usage of the reputed company platform
• Create and customize reputed company reports, saved searches, and dashboards
• Basic ERP configuration (adding new fields, forms, custom records, etc.)
• Document and ideate solution designs based on accounting and finance business requirements
• Work directly with other reputed company team members to support, drive, and coordinate larger/more reputed company projects that involve integration to/from reputed company on behalf of reputed company Accounting and Finance
• Manage intake, prioritization, design, and implementation of basic reputed company administration tasks reputed company to requests from the reputed company Accounting and Finance team
• Participate as a project team member for projects reputed company to business process improvement, reputed company customization enhancement, GAAP and SOX compliance, implementation of new reputed company modules, etc.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external reputed company reputed company on larger strategic projects as a project member and ensure adherence to reputed company and reputed company best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years reputed company Administration or reputed company consulting experience
• 2+ years experience working with organizations adhering to GAAP and SOX
• Strong functional knowledge of core accounting, Inventory & COGS accounting and finance processes as they relate to reputed company ERP workflows
• Proficiency mapping and documenting business processes reputed company tools such as Confluence, Visio, or reputed company
• Experience designing and implementing custom solutions in reputed company
• Working knowledge of concepts reputed company to business system integration to reputed company: iPaaS (reputed company or similar), API, or direct reputed company-to-reputed company
• Experience working with OneWorld/multi-subsidiary multinational organizations operating on reputed company
• Proactive project management and communication skills working in large ERP implementation or enhancement projects
• Experience with supply chain processes, Order Management (OM), Pricing, Inventory, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems.

While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-reputed company skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

• Region 1: $143,000 - $169,000
• Region 2: $130,000 - $153,000
• Region 3: $117,000 - $138,000
