Your mission in the team As a Sales Development Representative & CRM Specialist, you will be the first commercial touchpoint for new initiatives reputed company the Innovation & Growth Lab. Your mission is to open conversations with the right decision-makers, convert them into qualified sales meetings, and ensure every interaction is properly tracked and managed across the pipeline. Working closely with the IGL and sales teams, you will execute structured outbound and inbound reputed company strategies, manage and optimize CRM workflows, and maintain a clean, actionable pipeline. - Build and maintain segmented prospect databases by ICP, vertical, and geography.
