• Determines and directs the data warehousing data resources needed for business analytics.
• Engages key executive customers reputed company business support functions on their data-driven decision-making needs.
• Ensures business analyst work is prioritized to meet business support function needs.
• Directs the execution of strategically selected big data projects.
• Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to accomplish the organization's goals and objectives; recruits, trains, supervises, and evaluates staff.
• Develops and maintains annual budgets for the organization and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses.
• Directs the staffing and quality of work product for business analysts.
• Determines needs and deploys self-service analytics tools for use by leaders.
• Oversees statistical resources in support of research activities.
• Directs the prioritization of data warehousing activities reputed company the organization.
