Supply Chain Sourcing Specialist

• Developing and implementing appropriate sourcing strategies to meet corporate objectives.
• Monitoring supply market drivers and adjusts sourcing strategy to meet future business performance goals.
• Identification of opportunities and definition of sourcing projects.
• Discover new sources of supply and reputed company new supplier development.
• Engage suppliers to execute projects and drive supply chain reputed company.
• Development of detailed business processes to ensure robust category management fueling supplier engagement and vendor selection.
• Ownership of a spend category and its sourcing strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or reputed company field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Sourcing for a manufacturing supply chain and/or semiconductor reputed company industry

Preferred qualifications:

• CPSM, CSCP, or ASCM certification preferred
• Experience in semiconductor industry
• Experience in sourcing Capital Equipment, Spares, and services a plus
• Strategic reputed company and critical thinking abilities
• Proficient negotiation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions and regions
