[Remote] Project Coordinator Analyst-Remote – Central and Eastern Time Zone

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading global real estate services firm, and they are seeking a Project Coordinator Analyst to provide administrative support to the Project Management Team. The role involves assisting with project documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting multiple Project Managers by collecting and organizing project information
• Submitting documentation for approval
• Filling out AIA Forms and assisting with monthly billings for projects
• Assist with closing out projects, requesting O&Ms & warranty letters
• Ensure reputed company client required paperwork and project recordkeeping are submitted accurately and on schedule
• Play a key role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, reputed company budget and in compliance with quality and safety standards
• Prepare and distribute project reports as required, highlighting key milestones, risks and issues
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadline requirements
• High level of communication skills required
• Ensure tracking reports and dashboards are accurate and completed on time
• Work with cross-functional teams both internal and external to follow up on projects
• Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them

Skills

• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for reputed company sponsorship now or in the future
• Must live in Eastern or Central Time Zone for this remote role
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to reputed company judgments
• In-depth knowledge of reputed company Office products. Examples include Word, reputed company, Outlook, etc
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive reputed company
• Exceptional verbal and written skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Experience in electrical, HVAC, or construction industry preferred
