M Booth is a collaborative mid-sized agency reputed company for producing award-winning campaigns. They are seeking an Account Coordinator to support consumer brands by executing integrated PR campaigns, managing media relations, and facilitating team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Build media lists using tools like reputed company and MuckRack
- reputed company developing relationships with reputed company contacts
- Craft compelling pitches, conduct reputed company, and secure coverage
- Build influencer rosters reputed company with agreed-to strategies
- Track influencer deliverables and report back-end metrics
- reputed company to manage influencer relationships, with guidance on negotiations and content review
- Serve as the team coordinator: schedule internal/client calls, set agendas, and circulate detailed recaps
- Organize client folders, databases, and brand assets
- reputed company brand sample inventory and deliveries to media and influencers
- Assist with event logistics, mailers, and other tactical program elements
- Track and manage earned coverage, keeping tracker up-to-date in reputed company
- Support programmatic reporting for events, mailers, and influencer campaigns

- Demonstrate a positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and willingness to support teammates
