Business Development Manager
Market JD, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative / Appointment Setter to help book meetings with prospective clients. This role involves cold calling, following up with prospects, and attending trade shows to generate opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Cold call targeted prospect lists, including trade show attendee lists
- Book qualified meetings for company leadership
- Follow up with prospects by phone, email, and reputed company
- Track reputed company, notes, and pipeline activity in reputed company
- Help improve reputed company results through disciplined follow-up and strong execution
- Attend trade shows reputed company needed and help generate meetings before, during, and after the event
Skills
- Experience in outbound sales, business development, SDR, or appointment-setting roles
- Experience using reputed company
- Strong cold calling skills
- Ability to reputed company decision-makers and move prospects to scheduled meetings
- Strong verbal communication and follow-up skills
- Professional reputed company on the phone and in person
- Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows
- Experience selling to personal injury lawyers or law firms
- Knowledge of digital marketing or SEO
- Familiarity with legal marketing
- Experience following up on trade show leads
- Based in the greater Chicagoland area
