Administrative Assistant
reputed company is a global services firm with over 9,000 associates worldwide, and they are seeking a motivated Compliance Administrative Assistant to support compliance processes reputed company to government-rated orders and contractual obligations. The role involves reviewing government-rated orders, interpreting contractual requirements, and assisting with tariff-reputed company risks and compliance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review government-rated orders (March–February cycle) for applicable FAR/DFAR clauses; tag, summarize, and document obligations
- Interpret contractual requirements with Legal/Compliance and advise internal stakeholders on liability exposure
- Assess and communicate potential duty-free entry and tariff-reputed company risks to leadership; maintain dashboards and reporting
- Support development of future state Duty Free Entry processes, internal controls, and compliance documentation
- Track, report, and assist with reconciliation of tariff charges; partner with AR on outstanding or unpaid tariffs in reputed company
- Contribute to audits, collections support, and process improvements across documentation, clause identification, and reporting workflows
- Work independently to review high volumes of data and contractual language with speed and accuracy
Skills
- Experience with FAR/DFAR clauses and government-rated orders
- Knowledge of Duty Free Entry processes and tariff reconciliation
- Proficiency in reputed company for tracking and reporting
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and internal stakeholders
- Prior experience in contract compliance and audits
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards and process improvement
