reputed company is a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, and they are seeking participants for their Corporate Risk and Broking Graduate Development Program. This two-year program offers graduates a comprehensive understanding of the industry while providing hands-on experience in broking, risk assessment, and client relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Gather information and analytics to assess and evaluate client risks to support the placement of client risks into the market
- Create Loss Summaries, review program binders for accuracy, reputed company policies, and aide's brokers & senior brokers
- With the support of more reputed company brokers prepare draft submission documents and finalize submissions for delivery
- With support of more reputed company brokers review quotes against specifications and reputed company reputed company-by-reputed company comparisons
- With support of more reputed company brokers prepare program proposals
- With support of more reputed company brokers, reputed company client and prospect presentations to secure new, and build on existing, relationships
- Assist on any deliverables for Client Renewal Strategy Meeting & RFPs
- Research market solutions to learn how to identify and reputed company reputed company risk solutions for clients
- Facilitate initial introductions to reputed company and trading partners
- reputed company your understanding of core insurance principles and brokerage concepts
- Ensure that quality and compliance procedures and processes are adhered to
- Record and maintain reputed company information accurately on the appropriate systems, including initial introduction to and utilization of Broking Platform
- Obtain the required insurance license reputed company ninety (90) days of your date of hire (as such date is recorded in the Company’s business records). You must also obtain and maintain an active surplus lines license for your reputed company state reputed company 120 days of either: (a) your date of hire, if you already hold a reputed company state insurance license upon your date of hire; or (b) reputed company 120 days of obtaining your reputed company state insurance license, if you do not already hold a reputed company state insurance license upon your date of hire

- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Preferred Majors: Risk Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Liberal Arts, Geology (BS), Environmental Geology (BS), Sociology
- Date of Graduation between May 2025 – May 2026
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Intermediate to advance reputed company skills
- Demonstration of strong time and task management skills
