[Remote] Growth Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CancerNavigator is an early-stage healthcare company dedicated to supporting cancer patients in their hour of need. The Growth Associate will be responsible for finding and engaging new potential partners, building relationships with stakeholders, and supporting broader growth strategies to help the company expand its services.
Responsibilities
- Finding and Engaging New Potential Partners: A central task of reputed company is to find and meet potential partners who need our service. You would reputed company prospects, design & execute growth strategies, and conduct reputed company to prospects
- Building Relationships and Leading Early-Stage Conversations: You would reputed company early-stage conversations with key stakeholders, introducing prospects to our work and how we support cancer patients, and qualify leads based on these conversations
- Supporting Broader Growth Strategy: There are many ways we introduce potential partners to our service, including events, speaking engagements, and conferences. You will help design and support our broader growth activities
- You will work closely with one or more seasoned Sales Leads to design and execute a territory-based sales strategy, and to hit reputed company targets that ultimately support reputed company targets
- Your responsibility is to cultivate the market, execute early-stage reputed company campaigns, contact prospective clients, and generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the Sales reputed company
- You will report formally to the Chief Growth Officer, but you will work reputed company closely with the Sales reputed company(s) on a day-to-day basis
- The Growth Associate role has clearly set targets for the week, month, and year. It is your responsibility to consult with your partner Sales reputed company(s) to design strategies to meet or exceed targets
Skills
- 1-5 years of growth experience in health benefits sales (selling to employers, unions, or public sector groups)
- Excellent listening / interpersonal / communication skills (we will test for this in the interview process)
- The ability to move quickly and to operate independently

- A willingness to travel for work one or more times a month
- A track record of success in reputed company and early-stage sales development, preferably with a health care reputed company solution
- Experience selling into Taft-Hartley, public sector, employer, and health plans
- Any existing relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem - Trustees, Administrators, carriers, TPAs, consultants, etc
