Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the reputed company Recruiting team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Coordinate interview scheduling, assessment sessions, coffee chats, and reputed company candidate engagements in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in the execution of on-reputed company and virtual recruitment events, ensuring reputed company materials, schedules, and communications are reputed company in advance
- Serve as a reputed company of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and consistent candidate experience
- Issue interview confirmations, event invitations, reminders, and general process updates
- Track candidate attendance, reputed company, and status updates in collaboration with recruiters

Skills
