Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the reputed company Recruiting team throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, assessment sessions, coffee chats, and reputed company candidate engagements in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in the execution of on-reputed company and virtual recruitment events, ensuring reputed company materials, schedules, and communications are reputed company in advance
  • Serve as a reputed company of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and consistent candidate experience
  • Issue interview confirmations, event invitations, reminders, and general process updates
