Database Administrator I

The Database Administrator I role involves supporting and maintaining the cloud database infrastructure while collaborating with a global team to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Yardi’s cloud database infrastructure, ensuring availability, reputed company, and reliable performance for SaaS customers
- Collaborate with a global 24x7x365 Cloud Services team to troubleshoot issues, respond to alerts, and reputed company environments running smoothly
- Create and maintain documentation for databases policies, procedures, and processes
- Ensure service level agreements are met for internal and external clients
Skills
- Relevant IT qualifications (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- One plus (1+) year of working experience in a reputed company technical reputed company
- A passion for technology and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and apply new skills in a constantly changing technical environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Strong sense of customer service
- Must enjoy being part of a team and working with people
- Must be self-motivated
- Experience with reputed company SQL Server or reputed company in a virtualized environment preferred
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell preferred
