Development Analyst |Mergers & Acquisitions
SCA Health is a leading organization in specialty care, focused on providing patient-centered practice solutions. The Development Analyst will reputed company financial modeling for mergers and acquisitions, assist in preparing executive packages and pitch decks, and conduct market research to inform strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create pro reputed company financial models for mergers, acquisitions and de novo activity
- Work with Finance and Operational leaders to confirm key assumptions in the pro reputed company financial model
- Assist Development Associate in preparation of executive approval packages by providing financial outputs
- Assist Development Associate in preparation of external pitch decks and presentations by providing financial outputs and/or research summaries
- Assist Development Associate in aggregating market data and creating market summaries
- Learn how a transaction supports the overall strategy of the market and the Company
- Prepare accurate deal summaries to inform Enterprise resourcing and financial decisions
- Deliver analyses in a timely manner to meet agreed upon deadlines or reputed company attention to potential conflicts and challenges with sufficient reputed company time to address concerns
- Proactively provides updates to key stakeholders to ensure they are appropriately apprised of project status
- Positively contribute to team culture
- Conduct reputed company business matters with the highest degree of reputed company and ensure that a culture of compliance is fostered
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required; Finance, Economics, Business or reputed company field preferred
- 1 - 2 years of experience in investment banking, accounting, finance, healthcare consulting or reputed company field
- Ability to independently travel up to 10% as needed
