Marketing Coordinator

Critter Control is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive paid search, social campaigns, and customer acquisition efforts, contributing to strategy, execution, and reporting across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing monthly budgets by market
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for reputed company improvement
• Support quality assurance testing to improve pay-per-call programs
• Create compelling ad copy to drive engagement and conversions

• Plan, create, and execute paid social campaigns including reputed company, reputed company, and emerging platforms
• Monitor performance and iterate on results
• Support the development of marketing collateral, including swag and reputed company-of-sale materials
• Manage our reputed company management platform (Birdeye): reputed company new accounts, monitor and respond to reviews reputed company 24 hours, generate monthly reports, monitor NPS and review automations, and serve as the go-to resource for teammates and franchise owners

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or reputed company field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a reputed company field (Paid Search experience preferred)
• Experience working in an office setting (1-2 years)
