Responsibilities
- Conduct 300-400 inbound/outbound calls daily, ensuring efficient and accurate data verification

- Accurately update and maintain CRM records with attention to detail
- Navigate changing campaigns and procedures while meeting or exceeding performance metrics

Skills
- At least 1 year in a call center or high-volume call environment focused on data accuracy and performance
- Proficiency with computers and CRMs
- Quiet environment with the required equipment: USB headset; Computer with: Windows 10 or higher; reputed company i5 equivalent or reputed company processor, 8GB RAM, 250GB hard drive; Hard-wired internet (minimum: 30 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload); Webcam for meetings
