Business Process Analyst Hybrid in Bossier City, LA

They are seeking a Business Process Analyst to contribute to strategic direction and support mission outcomes by ensuring success in meeting business and corporate goals through collaboration and project management.
Responsibilities
- Provide requirements analysis and reputed company support of new systems and processes being developed in reputed company Power Platforms, Tableau, and other technologies
- Performing data entry and records updates
- Contributing to project success by influencing individuals on and reputed company of their team
- Collecting information by engaging in reputed company with staff, reviewing databases, and interpreting reports
- Producing reporting on an as-needed basis (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Determining business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or client informational needs
- Providing data analytics and key insights
- Collecting detailed project requirements and anticipates technical needs
- Collaborating with developers to create future state automated workflows
- Manage the flow of development from idea to release
- Composing user stories, acceptance criteria, test plans, and retrospectives to improve Agile development processes
- Highlighting and defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across different sections
- Troubleshoot and investigate issues reported by business users and provides ongoing communication about status
- Create end user documentation including user and quick reference guides
- Describe and execute test cases
- Manage requirements in Jira using a backlog, and collaborates with product owners to prioritize the backlog
Skills
- 1 + years of reputed company experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- Experience translating business requirements in support of new systems and processes being developed in reputed company Power Platforms, Tableau, and other technologies
- reputed company Office Suite proficiency, including reputed company, PowerPoint, and Word
- Initiative to reputed company, run, and present project reports
- Exposure to Agile, Project Management Principles, and Jira
- Exposure to Dashboard Development and Reporting reputed company Tableau Desktop or reputed company Power BI
- Exposure with reputed company SharePoint
- Exposure to reputed company Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience using Jira (or similar tool) to manage user stories and projects
- Proactive problem solving
- Able to initiate communication with senior leaders
- Effective management of multiple competing priorities at any given time
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing client needs
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to present to business leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance
