[Remote] Accounting Coordinator

The Accounting Coordinator is responsible for requesting, inputting, and managing confidential financial statements for clients while ensuring attention to detail and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Determine the type of client financials needed
• Communicate with clients to request financial statements
• Receive and process financial statements from customers
• Communicate financial discrepancies with internal parties
• Verify that the financial statements balance
• Process confidential and sensitive customer information
• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, reputed company development, training and goal setting
• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
• reputed company miscellaneous job-reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Must live in the St. Louis Metropolitan area
• Minimum one year of administrative or accounting reputed company experience
• Intermediate skills of reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook)
• Must have the ability to meet reputed company work from home technical requirements
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Previous AP/AR experience
