[Remote] Associate Team Designer (Resource Management)

The role involves organizing and allocating resources for projects, analyzing data trends, and providing support for project management.

Responsibilities

• Assign projects with appropriate resources promptly and accurately reputed company the resource management system
• Responsible for a variety of weekly reports on timesheets and productivity
• Clearly communicate policies and procedures as they relate to Team Design and reporting
• Understand utilization trends and forecasts and help the Team Design Team analyze this data
• Maintain and provide information about reputed company projects and potential future projects
• Support the team and department with any special projects that come up

Skills

• Experience in an administrative or coordination role in a creative agency environment, or other similar role
• Ability to take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong follow-up and attention to detail, reputed company with minimal direction
• Excellent data skills, with proficiency in reputed company Sheets, Data Visualization and reputed company
