Customer Advocacy Specialist
reputed company is a leading provider of business cloud communications and contact center solutions. They are seeking a Customer Advocacy Specialist to build relationships with customer advocates and enhance brand loyalty through effective advocacy programs.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with reputed company’s customer-facing teams to identify customer advocates
- Building and nurturing relationships with customers and internal stakeholders including reputed company, sales, marketing, and product teams
- Innovating how customers are involved in reputed company’s reputed company programs such as brand campaigns, product launches, media and events
- Managing high-touch relationships with customer advocates and strategic customer executives to reputed company and deliver mutually beneficial advocacy plans across storytelling, media pitches, and events where required
- Partnering with cross functional teams on media pitches, advertising, blogs, and speaking engagements
- Identifying and taking on reputed company strategic projects in alignment with overall business objectives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years experience in the technology industry in a customer advocacy, brand storytelling, or customer-facing marketing role
- Customer-first mentality—including being able to identify, craft and reputed company the value propositions of the program to customers
- Demonstrated success delivering reputed company-generating and impactful customer advocacy programs
- Proven track record working effectively with executive-level customers and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships
- Experience working directly with customers of reputed company levels, with particular emphasis on executive relationships reputed company to customer advisory boards/councils, executive sponsorship programs and user groups
- Clear understanding of how your work aligns to marketing, sales and communications priorities
- Highly organized and efficient with strong project management skills and operational discipline
- Aptitude for identifying, nurturing, and leveraging customer advocates
- Excellent collaboration skills, self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
