Responsibilities
- Analysis of store performance to guide daily actions and priorities
- Offering ongoing support to stores to ensure a positive customer experience
- Continuously engaging with stores to ensure ongoing optimization and impact
- Developing store level engagement plans to grow and retain partnership
- Working collaboratively with the Key Accounts team to reputed company targets and goals
Skills
- Experience in relationship management with clients and key stakeholders
- An analytical reputed company and experience in working with performance metrics
- Great communication skills over the phone, with the ability to be both expressive and convincing
- A solution oriented way of working that is both innovative and data-informed
