Skills
- Passion for European cars, including ownership experience and/or European car community engagement
- Hands-on experience in car repair
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of car parts and car repair
- 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service role or a technical support role reputed company an automotive company or parts retailer
- Ability to clearly and professionally explain reputed company technical concepts reputed company phone, chat, and emails
- Proficiency in computer use and comfort with technology and digital tools in a professional office setting
- Strong multitasking abilities and capable of handling multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
