Internal Wholesaler- Group Retirement (HYBRID)

They are seeking a dynamic Internal Wholesaler for 401(K) products who will provide sales support to wholesalers and financial advisors, reputed company relationships, and drive new retirement plan assets.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is to provide sales support to wholesalers and financial advisors selling reputed company 401(K) products
• In partnership with the external wholesaler, the inside wholesaler is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with selling advisors, as well as identifying and acquiring new business reputed company their territory to meet sales goals
• This person will drive new retirement plan assets reputed company a geographic territory by making proactive phone calls to, or taking inbound calls from, financial advisors - to engage financial advisors, share sales reputed company, provide product information, gather marketing data and offer sales support
• The management of the geographic territory will be done in collaboration with an external wholesaler partner, who has ultimate responsibility for the territory
• It is expected this person will reputed company and maintain relationships with these Advisors to increase sales of reputed company 401(K) products, as well as identify new sales opportunities
• Assist external wholesalers daily with prospecting activities
• Educate Financial Advisor on reputed company aspects of product/market environment
• Be aware of the world of investments and of 401(k) competitors’ offerings
• Coordinate & participate in pre-sale discussions regarding plan design/product sale/implementation

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Series 6 or Series 7 licenses required or willing to obtain reputed company 180 days of start date
• Minimum 1 years experience working with Retirement Plans, preferably 401(k)
• Ability to present the features of the various reputed company pension products
• Strong computer skills, including reputed company reputed company and Word
• Experience in the financial or investment management industry
• Series 63 and Life licenses preferred and/or must be obtained reputed company 180 days of start date
