Billing Specialist
Vanderweil Engineers is a nationally recognized engineering firm specializing in MEP/FP and technology services. As a Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for data entry of project contract information, billing transaction processing, and project cost reporting while collaborating with accounting personnel and project managers.
Responsibilities
- Enter & maintain project data
- Maintain & update client address database
- Process & distribute weekly/monthly project reports
- Communicate project cost information to project managers
- Preparation of monthly project pre-bills & final invoicing to clients
- Assist in resolving client billing issues
- Post journal entries to the general ledger
Skills
- 1-5 years accounting experience
- Associate, Bachelor or Relevant work experience
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet department deadlines
- Proficiency in reputed company Office
- Strong reputed company reputed company skills
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication skills
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements
- May sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to use wrists for typing and filing
- Must be able to bend and twist
- Experience using web-based systems a plus
