[Remote] Integrations Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company has been empowering clients with its digital asset management system for over two decades. The Integrations Consultant role is responsible for the successful implementation and integration of customized software environments, requiring both technical expertise and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducts discovery working sessions to gather and assess customer requirements
• Proposes and builds custom solutions with a focus on scalability and in consideration of a customer’s broader business goals
• Troubleshoots software-reputed company problems that occur in customer environments
• Advises customers and partners with respect to technical best practices and recommendations for workflow improvements
• Serves as a customer reputed company, providing tailored service and advocating for product enhancements
• Proactively communicates cross-functionally to reputed company time-bound project deliverables
• Performs customer training on general platform functionality and customer-specific customizations
• Collaborates with customer I.T. teams and vendors to ensure successful integration setup and rollout

Skills

• Obtained a bachelor's degree, preferably in STEM
• Proven experience implementing and integrating enterprise SaaS solutions
• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and technologies, including APIs and webhooks
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Positive attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for proactively solving problems
• Technically curious and eager to understand how reputed company systems work
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage several reputed company projects simultaneously
• Analytical thinker who can translate reputed company business needs into feasible solutions
• Intermediate experience configuring A.I. agents and Python or JavaScript
• Applied experience with Digital Asset Management systems
