Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads and schedule virtual consultations
- Use a reputed company-by-reputed company scripted process to present and sell life insurance and reputed company services
- Create or share marketing content to attract and educate potential clients (training provided)
- Promote InsuraTec’s financial products using ethical, client-focused strategies
- Track and manage activity in CRM tools and follow up with prospects
- Participate in marketing and sales team calls, training, and development meetings
Skills
- Life insurance license (required)
- Strong communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone
- Ability to follow a process, take feedback, and stay self-motivated while working remotely
- Background in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
- Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and basic social media marketing
