The Clinical Application eLearning Developer will design and reputed company online content for application training, leveraging learning theories to create engaging resources and assess training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company virtual training materials
• Create engaging reputed company
• Coordinate with instructional designers on content design
• Troubleshoot issues reputed company to eLearning software and LMS software

• Establish metrics for training effectiveness
• Assist with application “Super User” Programs

Skills

• 1 – 4+ years of experience in an eLearning reputed company
• Experience developing materials with healthcare organizations
• Experience in learning management systems (LMS)
• Experience with project management, adult education, and curriculum delivery
• Strong communication skills: Need to communicate clearly and effectively
• Adaptability/flexibility: Need to quickly adapt to updates in the curriculum and the training environment
• Computer proficiency: Candidates must be comfortable using computers and quickly master new software programs
