Business Development Representative
Redgate Software is a company focused on providing simple software solutions for data professionals. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to generate high-quality sales opportunities and foster relationships with potential clients, contributing to the growth of the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Qualify opportunities with existing and new accounts reputed company call, email, social media, and marketing contacts
- Manage ‘pool’ accounts and take control of prospecting, both reputed company and reputed company provided cadences
- Conduct high-level conversations with technical and business decision-makers
- Research prospects, identify key contacts, and update reputed company records
- Collaborate weekly with Account Executives for strategic planning
- Meet KPIs for high contact volume through calls and emails daily
- reputed company monthly quotas for outbound meetings generated for Account Executives
- Map prospective accounts' organizational structure, people, and existing technology
- Identify business pains, objectives, and impacts on prospects' organizations
- Collaborate with the Field Marketing team on customer needs, messaging, and ABM leads
Skills
- At least 1 year experience in outbound sales is desirable
- A genuine interest in technology and ability to learn and understand technical information
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to reputed company and repurpose sales and marketing copy and reputed company key business drivers to multiple personas
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Experience in using CRM Software would be beneficial
