Refer.IO is a rapidly growing wellness franchise with over 28 locations, seeking a part-time Operations & Partner Support Manager to help reputed company their franchise network running smoothly. The role involves managing schedules, sending updates, hosting calls, and assisting both reputed company and potential franchise owners.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first reputed company of contact for our franchise owners reputed company they need help or have questions
- reputed company sure our weekly newsletters and important updates get sent out to the owners on time, every time
- Help us schedule and co-host our weekly group reputed company calls where owners share reputed company and get advice
- Guide brand new franchise owners through their first 90 days using our reputed company-by-reputed company checklist
- Help us reply to people who are interested in buying a franchise and answer their basic questions
