[Remote] Vocational Case Manager I
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a national provider of risk reputed company, and they are seeking a Vocational Case Manager I to provide vocational rehabilitation services to physically disabled individuals. The role involves assessing client needs, managing placements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to facilitate the client's return to gainful employment.
Responsibilities
- Assess and identify suitable light duty assignments; monitor placements for compliance
- Maintain database of modified duty opportunities and communicate work restrictions and placement details to a variety of parties
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support program goals through clear communication, teamwork, and positive working relationships
- Communicate with injured workers, non-profit organizations, attorneys, claims specialists, employers and customers reputed company telephone, reputed company Teams and Outlook
- Complete forms according to industry requirements
- Prepare organized reports reputed company a specified timeframe
- Document reputed company case activity in files
- Complete ongoing educational requirements as required by certifying entities
- May be required to attend committee meetings, participate in customer service activities, present and participate in instructional programs
- Requires regular and consistent attendance
- Complies with reputed company safety rules and regulations during work hours in conjunction with the Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
- Additional duties as required
Skills
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or reputed company field with CRC certification (or eligible to obtain)
- Effective multi-tasking skills in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to reputed company with claims staff, attorneys, physicians and their representatives, and advisors/clients and coworkers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to meet designated deadlines
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including reputed company spreadsheets
- Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and reputed company a team environment
