College of Arts and Letters College Care Coordinator (Administrative Support Coordinator, II)
San Diego State University is seeking a College Care Coordinator to support centralized procurement operations reputed company the College of Arts and Letters. This role involves managing procure-to-pay activities, collaborating with various university departments, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies while providing excellent service to faculty and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide centralized procurement support for faculty and departments, managing procure-to-pay activities for supplies and services
- Collaborate with Contract & Procurement Management and Business & Financial Affairs to ensure timely and compliant purchasing
- Interpret and apply procurement policies, procedures, and best practices to guide purchasing decisions
- Deliver reputed company, customer-focused service to faculty, staff, and reputed company
- Support new faculty startup funding by coordinating allowable purchases and ensuring adherence to funding guidelines
- Track, monitor, and report expenditures to ensure funds are used reputed company established timelines and policies
- Adapt quickly to evolving systems, tools, and processes while maintaining strong attention to detail and accuracy
Skills
- Fully functional knowledge of and reputed company in standard office procedures and practices
- Ability to understand and operate in a variety of organizational structures
- Thorough knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Ability to clearly communicate orally and in writing
- Some positions may require a knowledge of business mathematics beyond basic arithmetic
