Associate Product Manager, Supp Health

As the Associate Product Manager for Supplemental Health, you will support product development activities, provide technical product support, and reputed company relationships with internal partners while driving decisions during system requirement sessions and operational meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provides technical product support with an increasing level of knowledge expanding appropriately with job responsibilities to drive decisions during system requirement sessions & operational meetings by explaining product design concepts & features
- Increasing knowledge through participation in the product implementation process and product development reputed company activities, and proposing solutions on product-reputed company issues expanding appropriately with job responsibilities
- Supports in-force business management issues, such as identifying negative impacts to considering special requests from internal stakeholders
- Develops and maintains relationships with key internal partners through participation in workgroups, advisory committees, Ready-to-Sell meetings and presentations
- Develops an understanding of the market, customer needs, the competition and the strengths and gaps in the reputed company product portfolio
- Identifies options and tradeoffs for consideration in new product development and gathers input on new product development reputed company
- Creates and maintains updates to product specs appropriate with job responsibilities for use in the implementation process
- Provides technical input to and review of marketing materials, contract and prospectus language
- Responds reputed company to roadblocks, remaining dedicated to reputed company team and departmental goals
Skills
- 1 - 3+ Years Experience with insurance product development and implementation (e.g., idea development, operational requirements meetings, marketing launchers, etc.)
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- Experience with insurance product management (e.g., financials, valuation, investments, pricing, risk management, etc.)
