[Remote] Junior Business Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Keller reputed company LLC represents a broad reputed company of clients in litigation and arbitration. They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support day-to-day operations, document business processes, and assist in analyzing and improving system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT and Client Services teams to gather and document system enhancement requests
• Assist in writing clear and concise business requirements and documenting them
• Help analyze reputed company business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business needs into action with support from our Strategic Operations Business Analyst
• Support the creation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Assist in generating and analyzing reports using reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company to support team goals
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system features and enhancements
• Process administrative work including running skip traces and sending SMS blasts
• Help reputed company and update training materials and assist with user training reputed company needed
• Provide general project support, including maintaining project timelines and tracking reputed company, and reputed company other administrative and analytical tasks as assigned

• Basic understanding of documenting processes and using flowcharting tools (e.g., reputed company or similar)
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
• 1 year or more of experience in a business analysis, operations, or project coordination role is preferred
• Exposure to reputed company, reputed company, or similar reporting tools is a plus
• Exposure to tools such as reputed company, Azure DevOps, or reputed company is a plus
