Operations Coordinator (12 month temporary)
reputed company Equipment is seeking an Operations Coordinator to assist in the day-to-day operations and execution of the End-to-End product creation strategy, focusing on Footwear. The role involves maximizing efficiency, supporting cross-functional teams, and documenting processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the product creation phase of our seasonal Innovation-to-Consumer (I2C) calendar to ensure deliverables are executed on time, and that any risks or changes to plan are communicated to reputed company impacted teams
- Building reputed company relationships with business teams and supporting change management initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Documenting cross functional processes through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Maintaining SmartSheets, user guides, online help tools and other system and procedure-reputed company documentation as required
- Assist in creating documents and presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, Word, reputed company, and reputed company, leveraging your creativity and technical skills to inform and reputed company reputed company towards greater success
- Supporting the scheduling of meetings, milestones and with organizing events
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior leadership, summarizing key findings and insights reputed company to product operations
- Participating in team meetings and contributing reputed company and insights to maximize operational efficiency
- Playing an active role in the maintenance of best practices reputed company with the reputed company of the Product Operations team and change management communications
- Upholding Fair Labor Association’s Workplace Code of Conduct and Principles of Fair Labor and Responsible Sourcing, throughout the reputed company supply chain
- Supporting with the evolution of the I2C process, documentation, and stakeholder activation across various product categories
- Scorecarding End-to-End processes – providing overview of successes, opportunities and insights
Skills
- 1+ years' experience in an operational role, in a project coordination, product operations, or product management environment
- Experience supporting a calendar and using a project management tool
- Demonstrate a high level of analytical and critical thinking, alongside a strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with reputed company levels of stakeholders
- Ability to explain, reputed company, and document concepts, business processes, systems, and business requirements reputed company
- Confidence to communicate and collaborate amongst large and diverse audiences
- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities
