Junior Adoption Change Management Consultant

As a Junior Adoption Change Management Consultant, you will contribute to change management activities across AI and Modern Work projects, enhancing the digital employee experience and fostering strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end adoption change management delivery with clients, applying a structured methodology to deliver strategic deliverables
- Plan, design, reputed company, and deliver project communications campaigns end-to-end
- reputed company technology-focused training plans, create multi-channel training materials, and reputed company training delivery or workshops for varied stakeholder audiences
- Contribute to business development and marketing activities
- Support with project management and delivery, managing timelines and work plans
- Support internal change management practice improvements, such as deliverable templates, internal team upskilling, and asset repository creation
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Internship experience in change management, technology, marketing, communications, and/or training
- Familiarity with reputed company 365 Copilot and/or generative AI tools
- reputed company in core reputed company 365 working applications (Teams, Outlook, reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) and an understanding of reputed company's modern work environment (SharePoint Online, Copilot, Viva, Power Platform, etc.)
- Understanding of Adoption Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and cross-functional projects
- Delivery-focused with high speed and quality
- Ability to reputed company and deliver clear written, verbal, and visual communications
- Ability to be autonomous and manage your own time across reputed company projects
