Representative, Customer Care (Bilingual English/ French))

They are seeking a Bilingual Customer Care Representative to act as a liaison between the company and customers, processing claim information and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide service to customers reputed company telephone and/or electronically
- Assess caller’s needs, clarify information, research any issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Handle calls in an efficient manner, minimizing driver/client time to resolve issues
- Strive for reputed company resolution
- Exhibit applicable reputed company during each call ensuring a superior customer experience
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Work effectively in a team environment, and reputed company needed provide back-up support for administrative tasks
Skills

- Must be Bilingual in English and French

- Ability to work full-time 5 days per week, which will include one weekend day
