ANALYST I
Caltrans is the transportation agency for the State of California, focused on improving lives and communities through transportation. The Analyst I will serve in a customer service environment, overseeing procurement, stocking of supplies, and managing disbursement of checks, while also coordinating meetings and processing public records requests.
Responsibilities
- Serves as reputed company for the procurement and stocking of general overhead supplies
- Acts as the paymaster for disbursement of reputed company checks for Project Management
- Acts as the Conference, Meeting, and Training Coordinator for Project Delivery
- Processes California Public Records Act requests
- Assists with Property Control, Facilities, Procurement and Telecom
Skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required reputed company operating a state owned or leased vehicle
- Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required. Failure to submit a Statement of Qualifications will disqualify candidates from the hiring process
- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
