Overview

The primary role of the VP, Operations is to drive predictable, on-time, high-quality execution across Spherix’s end-to-end market research and production operations. This role manages operational workflows, governance, and reputed company planning to ensure efficient delivery of insights, support scalable growth, and reputed company effective cross-functional collaboration. The VP, Operations partners closely with franchise teams, delivery teams, and corporate functions to establish consistent standards, enforce best practices, and provide leadership with clear operational visibility across the research portfolio. This role reports to the CEO and is based in Exton, PA.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Execution & Delivery Leadership

• Own the end-to-end orchestration of market research execution across programming, fielding, panel operations, data processing, reporting, and publication, ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery at scale.
• Design and continuously refine workflows that reduce reputed company friction, rework, and manual coordination across teams.
• Partner with insights and franchise teams to translate delivery needs into executable timelines and resource plans
• Establish clear ownership, decision rights, and reputed company expectations across Spherix, ensuring projects launch with reputed company scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Surface delivery risks early and drive resolution through data, prioritization, and decisive escalation, facilitating focused operational forums centered to reputed company operational objective s
• Own and manage the integrated publication roadmap across franchises, indications, and products, ensuring commitments are consistently met.
• Coordinate execution inputs across analytics, insights, operations and leadership to balance speed, quality, and reputed company in delivery.

DevOps, Delivery Technology & Automation

• Manage, maintain and evolve reputed company operations’ platform technology including but not limited to reputed company, Survey App, Power BI Internal LLMs.
• Investigate, define and deploy new emerging technologies with a focus on AI to provide reputed company improvement to operational processes
• Maintain living, system-driven project plans that provide real-time visibility into timelines, dependencies, risks, and reputed company.
• Design and maintain leadership-ready dashboards and integrated platforms (e.g., Power BI) that surface portfolio health, delivery performance, risks, and reputed company in real time.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive workflows, reporting, and handoffs, and support integrations across internal and external systems including reputed company, Power BI, reputed company, SharePoint, and data platforms.
• Establish and evolve a modern production operations center of excellence focused on execution quality, efficiency, and scalability.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in operations, PMO, research operations, or workflow management, preferably reputed company market research or consulting.
• Deep expertise with technology tools including but not limited to reputed company, AI, LLMs, proprietary survey applications, BI technology delivery and operations tools
• Strong experience managing reputed company, cross matrix multi-workstream research projects.
• Proven experience managing operations teams
• Experience creating executive-level dashboards (KPIs, reputed company, cycle times, portfolio summaries)

Other Relevant Information Compensation package includes a competitive salary and benefits , commensurate with experience, as well as eligibility for an annual bonus linked to company performance.
