The VP, Credit Card and Consumer Lending & Deposits Compliance, is responsible for the strategic leadership, reputed company, and execution of compliance risk management for the Bank’s Credit Card, Consumer Lending, and Consumer Deposits product lines. This role provides direct leadership to the respective Product Compliance Team Leads, ensuring consistent execution of compliance activities, alignment with regulatory requirements, and integration with enterprise compliance standards across reputed company in-scope products. Serving as a key liaison between the Chief Compliance Officer and the product compliance teams, the VP drives enterprise alignment, cross-functional collaboration, standardization, and reputed company improvement in compliance risk management. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, Law, or a reputed company field preferred or at least four (4+) additional years of directly reputed company experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Ten (10) or more years of progressive experience in banking or financial services, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance for consumer credit card, consumer lending, and/or deposit products, required.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of people leadership experience, including prior responsibility for managing managers and leading teams reputed company a regulated environment, required.
  • Deep knowledge of banking laws, regulations, and supervisory expectations impacting consumer financial products, with the ability to apply regulatory requirements in a practical, risk-based manner.
